We offer standard shipping across India, typically delivering within 3 to 5 business days for metro cities and up to 7 business days for other regions.

Can I return my Loop earplugs if they don't fit?

Yes, we offer a 100-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with the fit or performance, you can return them for a full refund, provided they are in their original packaging.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across India.

Are Loop earplugs available in different sizes?

Every set of Loop earplugs comes with four different sizes of silicone ear tips (XS, S, M, L) to ensure a perfect, comfortable fit for every ear shape.

How do I clean and maintain my earplugs?

Maintenance is simple. You can clean the silicone tips with a damp cloth or mild soap and water. Ensure they are completely dry before reinserting them into the earplugs.

Do Loop earplugs come with a warranty?

Yes, all Loop products purchased through our official India store come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
